Ubuntu 16.40 plans - DPDK 2.1 - Xen

I can recompile DPDK 2.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial) easily...
But, I am unable to enable Xen support on DPDK 2.X (yes, I have
installed libxen-dev), I'm seeing the following error on output of

What am I missing?
BTW, I can compile DPDK 2.1 on CentOS 7, with Xen 4.6 and Linux 3.18,
using almost the same DPDK config options (I think)...
I'm seeing the same problem on Ubuntu, with DPDK 2.1 too... I also
synced Xen 4.6 from Debian Sid, to Xenial but, same result on DPDK
compilation (not Xen version problem)...
If I'm not wrong, I tried to enable Xen on DPDK but using Trusty and
Cloud Archive Liberty (which brings DPDK 2.0 to Trusty) but, didn't
