new firmware for rtl8723be available for /wily/all/linux-firmware ?

Hi!
Microsoft supplied a driver update for Windows,
and I tried to extract the firmware from this driver:

I'm not sure about the version number, and changes, but it is binary
different to the firmware supplied in the /wily/all/linux-firmware package,
and it worked for me, in wily, perhaps better/stabler than older firmware.
I think someone should do some testing, and perhaps update firmware
supplied for this device.
