Windows type shortcuts to files and folders

Thanks, but this is not what I had in mind. This is the same as to make 
a link in Nautilus, which is just another path to the same contents. 
What I want is an real physical jump to the target folder, so that 
Nautilus displays the real path to the folder, not symbolic path. Like 
Windows shortcuts does.
