PowerTOP reports most "Tunable" items are "Bad" in Acer Aspire E5-551G-T0KC

Hello developers,

The PowerTOP report is attached.

I have this laptop Acer Aspire E5-551G-T0KC. Its battery life in Ubuntu
14.04.2 LTS is half as advertised by the manufacturer. It is supposed to
last for 7 hours, but it only lasts for at most 3 hours.

The CPU temperature goes up to 70 degrees while playing only music in
Totem. It is around 60 degrees on normal loads (web browsing and writing).

What should I do about that?
