Expert mode options in installation not available on Trusty 14.04.2 release

I've just tried the latest daily and you're right. It looks like
something broke in the installer because choosing "expert" mode
doesn't add "debconf/priority=low" as it should. I also selected
"nomodeset" on a second run and that wasn't added to the kernel
cmdline either.
