dhcpd enxfe28313119dc
The program 'dhcpd' can be found in the following packages:
 * isc-dhcp-server
 * isc-dhcp-server-ldap

If you do not have any other options to connect to the internet, how
to install this ?

sudo apt-get install isc-dhcp-server

then:
dhcpd enxfe28313119dc
then, connect from the menu.
