The wireless on my machine resusts as disabled after I run a live or
installed version of Ubuntu (and Chakra Linux). The way to enable it is go
in suspended mode and after I can choose my connection. In installed
version I had to add a file in my /etc/modprobe.d/. This make my wi-fi
permanently working but the Fn+F2 key on my keyboard laptop is still not
working.

In my current version Ubuntu GNOME 13.10 I had to recompile also the
psmouse module to make the two fingers scrolling working.

Last evening I tried the live version of the Ubuntu 14.04 daily build. It's
great pleasure to notice how very well is Ubuntu working on my Notebook PC.
The only problem (really the one) is still the Wi-fi combo and the issue to
suspend the first time to enable the wi-fi connections. It's a very pit! So
I would to post this email to you hoping there is a pretty solution before
the incoming stable release of Ubuntu 14.04.

My machine model comes with FreeDos operating system so it's very proposed
to anyone want to try a different OS than the common commercial choose by
PC manufactures.
