well...can anyone guide me through how to start developing and contributing
Ubuntu. I am a beginner programmer with not much experience but i earnestly
want to help

Find a simple package that you use, improve it in some way. use
http://developer.ubuntu.com/ and
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/ for how to do that. If you
have more questions, feel free to ask here or in IRC.
