Hi!
Appreciations to the developer community for this beautiful release -
Ubuntu 14.04. I am happy with the improved speed of Unity (Dash, in my
case), polished display work(cleaner fonts, border-less windows) and many.
Congratulations to the developer community for this work

I am always interested in this field of Operating Systems. I have been
using Ubuntu since 12.04 and am currently doing some packaging work. I
always wanted to see the growth of a new release so that I can well
understand the tasks involved in development of an Operating System. Now
that a new release (14.10) is about to be started, can you please direct me
as to where should I actively look for? I am aware of this mailing list and
Bugzilla but am not sure of how to filter out the specifics as per this
'being developed' task.I want to start with looking at tasks that are put
together that make up an OS.Thanking you in anticipation Shashank
