Source packages appropriate by default?

As an Ubuntu and Debian developer I have had them turned off for a long
time now. They are, IMO, a waste of everyone's bandwidth.

When I want the software, I use pull-(lp|debian)-source or bzr branch
ubuntu:sourcepackage.
