Thanks a lot Matt!
This is something I kept repeating that we took great care that 
individual scopes can be uninstalled if needed and we saw that as a way 
for people to control their search experience. It seems though that this 
extra work to ensure that was possible was overlooked by a lot of 
people, so thanks again for pointing it out, made my day! :)
