Encrypted-phone setting for ubuntu-touch?

Love the full-phone encryption option available on Android phones. I 
assume ubuntu-touch should have phone encryption option cause of its 
compatibility with the Desktop.

Will Ubuntu-Touch offer users a full-phone-encryption setting when released that requires password at every startup/boot?
