I would like to add configuration file to /etc/modprobe.d

Hi all,

In order to fix a bug on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/hwe-upton/+bug/911393, I'd like to add a
configuration under /etc/modprobe.d. After finding the debian packages,
module-init-tools, related to the file, could anyone please help to how
do I do to make the package be accepted?
