An easy-to-fix hardware related bug still stuck

No rocket science is required to fix this bug; just some trivial shell
script change is needed.
However, neither Debian nor Ubuntu maintainers give any response to
proposed patch, so it stuck more than 1 year now.
Some people say there is already alternative to b43.
Probably right for some other hardware, but it is plain wrong for BCM 4331.
Whether or not jockey/u-d-c should pull b43 can be discussed.
But it is obvious that the more basic b43-fwcutter meta package should
faithfully do whatever b43 wiki says; if b43 wiki says supported, it
should be considered as supported and vice versa.
