I am really confused by this page,

Is it developped by Canonical underground without community
participation?

I can't find any source code or development discussions around but only
a set of video advertisements mostly on youtube.

It seems that everybody is confused, too.

Checked out #ubuntu-android on freenode. But the channel seems to be
empty.
