Yes, we do. All default desktop/server installation have matching
kernel-headers & toolchain as needed to compile DKMS modules. Also if
third-party drivers is ticked in ubiquity, ubuntu-drivers fetches and
installs dkms-modules and/or binary drivers as needed, based on
declared Modaliases. Looks like "virtualbox-guest-dkms" package
doesn't declare any Modaliases, maybe it should be integrated with
ubuntu-drivers, if possible.
