Well the installer was moving my windows partition when it happened:

Original partition arrangement:
[Very small partition][Windows]
Partitioning in progress
[Windows][Ubuntu][linux-swap]

The lid was accidentally closed and after resuming live-cd it didn't
continue to move the partition and my partition was screwed.
