Interview about Ubunt-development

Hello community,
a friend of mine studding "economy and computer since" and nearly finished
with his studies.
He want to write his "Bachelor Thesis" about the work plan and the business
process of Ubuntu
and need an interview with a developer of the Ubuntu-Project about the
detailed workflow.
