febootstrap was updated, yes. (You can check that for yourself here:

I'm afraid that's beyond me; I'm not a virtualisation expert, I was just
responding to a mail that seemed easily actionable. If you file a bug
report about this I can see if I can get somebody on our server team to
take a look.
