The timeouts seem to be better adjusted than on Windows, and I find it
quite difficult to "accidentally" trigger it. However, I just set it to
show when I mouse into the top-left corner. It comes up almost
instantly, and it never comes up uncommanded.

You could also set it to "no corners or edges" and just use the Super
key to show it.
