No need to be rude. FYI, I updated from Oneiric Alpha 3, not from a
stable release. And I used unstable versions for years, reporting bugs
to help on Launchpad, Gnome Bugzilla, etc. I don't think I monopolized
ubuntu-devel-discuss mailing list during last years.
Anyway, your message didn't answer my question. For this particular bug,
I was unsure about the affected project. I doubted that the problem was
really with gedit. I suspected pygobject, but I'm not a Python
developer, so I asked advice on the list to try to find the adequate
affected project.
