Dear Scott:

  [Boost C++ Libraries] #5751: can not (find) compile
boost/thread/read_write_mutex.hpp

   Thanks your point out.  And I think it is boost programers's 
responsiblity to keep code compatible from old version with new version,
rather than wipe out old one each new release cameout.

hope we keep post when there are new fix
