Keyboard access to me menu in Unity? -- lacks front-to-back cycling

Hey guys!

Talking about this menu thing.. i don't like that the close buttons when
maximized still appear on the left side! I tried to change it with the gconf
tool! (metacity, etc) but didn't work! Do you know if it can be done?!
