[Package Request]GNU Guile 2.0[guile-2.0]

GNU Guile 2.0 has been there for some time. A virtual machine and many other
features are added in this version.

And it's quite of a little pain to compile the code~(The bytecode generation
process can be really long...)

So i suggest creating a new package. (guile-1.8 is really old)
