Thanks for using UNE and testing Unity. All those points are carely
taken into account by upstream and we work very closely to get a very
nice and solid natty version on unity. One of the technical detail is
to switch to another window manager.
All your issue should be reported as bug reports on launchpad
(http://launchpad.net). In this case, the 4 issues you mentioned are
already reported. So no need to worry, it's on track :)
