How can i use eclipse in ubuntu 10.10?

hi all,

I upgraded the version from 10.04 to 10.10 with eclipse plugins installed in
10.04.
after the upgrade I found i can't update eclipse anymore.

so i removed ~/.eclipse folder
but problem remain.

so i used "sudo apt-get remove --purge eclipse*"
to remove all eclipse related packages.

after that , i reinstalled eclipse.
so i start eclipse.

all i get is the error message:
