More LiveCD space optimizations

foo2zjs made APT install that package.

$ aptitude why tcl8.4
i   tk8.4 Depends tcl8.4 (>= 8.4.16)
$ aptitude why tk8.4
i   foo2zjs Recommends tk8.4

I'm sure there will be other examples, though I'm not as familiar with
the LiveCD's packages as you guys at Canonical.
