Request: Update for mobile-broadband-provider-info

[nicu farmache]

I created a PPA with the updated package

https://launchpad.net/~nicuro/+archive/mbpi?field.series_filter=lucid

It would be nice if someone uploads the package to the main repository.
I hope the PPA helps.
