Atftp not working

Hi,
 I am facing the following problem while trying to transfer files using atftp in Ubuntu 9.04. Can any one help me out.

# atftp <IP address>
tftp> put abc.txt
source port mismatch, check bypassedtimeout: retrying...
source port mismatch, check bypassedtimeout: retrying...
source port mismatch, check bypassedtimeout: retrying...
source port mismatch, check bypassedtimeout: retrying...
source port mismatch, check bypassedtimeout: retrying...
source port mismatch, check bypassedtimeout: retrying...
tftp: aborting

And if i use tftp
# tftp <IP address>
tftp> put abc.txt
sent WRQ <file=hda.txt, mode=netascii>
sent WRQ <file=hda.txt, mode=netascii>
sent WRQ <file=hda.txt, mode=netascii>
sent WRQ <file=hda.txt, mode=netascii>
sent WRQ <file=hda.txt, mode=netascii>
Transfer timed out
