apt-file for lucid and new rapt-file

Hi all,

After reporting bug:

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt-file/+bug/508089

against the apt-file-2.3.2 in lucid. A little digging shows in 2.3.0 an
initial version of an app called rapt-file was introduced.

apt-file (2.3.0) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add initial version of rapt-file, which does not rely on the    
    downloaded file lists, but queries dde.debian.net for every search.
    It does not offer all features of apt-file (closes: #518764).

This is specific to debian at the current time. Are any plans to make
this ubuntu specific for lucid or removed etc.?
