return to manual selection of any time in gnome-power-preferences

Since karmic gnome-power-preferences interface has been changed for the worse: in jaunty, intrepid, ... could choose any time for time display and to sleep. And now you can choose only 1, 5, 10, 30 minutes and one hour for the display. I think it's terribly inconvenient, for example, I always chose the 15 minutes but now I can not do that. And I think that many users are also faced with a similar problem.

My solutions for this problem:
1) Return back old interface usen in jaunty
2) Сhange the interface looks like this
