oxygen hd alsa support

i spoke to the guy who runs the official ubuntu-audio-dev ppa and he let me know it would be extremely unlikely to be fixed byu ubuntu/canonical by lucids final release.  you see these types of bugs all the time.  "we'll get it next distro" :)
