oprofile upload...

At present, oprofile fails to build from source (using automake-1.10
etc; automake-1.11 is in Karmic), so can't be rebuild to address the
libbfd failure when running 'opreport' etc.

The updated version 0.9.4+cvs20090629-2.1 address this, available in Sid:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/oprofile

It would be great if someone could enqueue it for upload...
