Since we started (two month ago) we build depend on xulrunner-dev and
not on libxul-dev. The current version has a hard-coded dependency on
version 1.9.1:
Build-Depends: xulrunner-dev (>= 1.9.1)
Depends: xulrunner-1.9.1
