Problem with patched grub1 & ext4

Greetings..

I'm one of the testers for 9.04 & was awaiting the patched grub to start 
testing ext4. I have converted my main OS over & have tried to boot grub 
from a ext4 partition...problem is that I just end up in a grub prompt. 
If I create a ext3 bootable, there is no problem...

My question is that as this is a very short-term fix, should I create a 
bug report, just change over to grub2 or wait til there is a fix for the 
patched grub?
