They are, and there will be more. E. g. look at 2.6.28-7.18 at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux

We are a couple of days before feature freeze, switching to a kernel
which hasn't even been released yet would be very risky in terms of
stabilization. Thus we won't do it.
