Stripped ld.so in karmic libc6 breaks valgrind

We could also add a
Depends: libc6-dbgsym | libc6-dbg
to valgrind, which is better IMHO. It doesn't make the libc6 package
bigger on the CDs, and people who use valgrind, debuggers, and that
stuff probably want the full symbols anyway.
