Hardy missing Seamonkey 1111 yet lp says it was released??

Within Seamonkey's Launchpad bugs page, in a critical section bug,
did I read it right at the bottom of the page where it said a fix
was released for HH and II? Where, then, is the latest Seamonkey
version in Ubuntu, please? I can't find it in backports or elsewhere,
I don't want to download this from an untrusted source and I would
prefer sticking to the Ubuntu repos to download this but it says
a fix was released in July for HH/II? Has this been overlooked,
please, as I see no package in the repos for version 1111, thanks
