Bug in libgnomecanvas, where should it be reported?

I've got a debdiff attached to
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libgnomecanvas/+bug/272316and
have linked to what might be a related Debian bug. I'll probably open
up
a new Debian bug in libgnomecanvas and see if I can get that merged in up
there once I have some time.
