Pointer to explanation of Ubuntu package naming?

It's similar to that, and is often used in the same situations.

It's used when you want to do nothing more than rebuild the package.
"build" is used as it is not "ubuntu" and so the auto-syncer will
happily sync a new version from Debian when they upload one, as it
knows that there are no Ubuntu changes to preserve.
