Very bad status of hardware (especially wifi) support in ubuntu, due to the too many accumulated regressions

Its not always just hardware...
Just a few weeks ago after several hours of debug over IRC, I ended up creating a VPN account on our servers, for asac so he could more rapidly debug nm-pptp.
The next morning i got an email, telling me it was fixed.
