hda > sda should be noted in release notes

Per bug https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mdadm/+bug/224171:

/dev/hd* has been changed to /dev/sd* since edgy, but that isn-t noted 
in the release notes.

This can cause lots of breakage in various packages as well as user 
configuration.

In this specific bug, it caused a large issue with the user's RAID 
array, but any wealth of issues could have resulted from this.

It really should be in the release notes.
