This for me is fundamental. I would like to see a Ncurses based Grub installer and configurator (to edit menu.lst by the root).
 
Using this with a Ncurses GNU parted would be very useful as a rescue disk / installator / partitor / bootloader , for floppy disk, hard disk
or USB keydrive ;-)
