This is done in a standardized way in Launchpad, for all projects and
releases. For 8.04.1, the page is:

https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/ubuntu-8.04.1

In the announcement of 8.04.1, we've summarized which bugs were fixed in the
release announcement.

The front page of the Ubuntu website is (as it should be) designed to help
people find information about Ubuntu generally. Something so specific as a
list of bugs being analyzed for a particular release would not be
appropriate there.
