Display Power Management doesn't work after updates

Hi all,
      After today's updates on Hardy Heron , Display Power Management
doesn't work. I have put the display to sleep after 2 minutes as the
default. But it hasn't been working. Any ideas?

Machine Configuration :-  P4 1.8 Ghz 1.2nm, i845GL Mercury/Kobian M/B,
Realtek 8139C 10/100 Mbps card, D-Link DSL-502T Router/Modem, Philips
107 E5, 160 GB Seagate Barracuda. Logitech Internet Desktop Pro combo,
Liteon 16x DVD & some philips SAA7130 chipset based card.
