The easiest way for commercial software would be Canonical's 'partner'
repository.
If it's legal to distribute and ((re-)re-)redistribute your software, it
could also go into 'multiverse' if you can find someone to maintain a
package for it.
Some more remarks:
* You might want to list what countries your software is adapted
to (e.g. I'm quite sure it's not legal to use it in Belgium, but
I have no idea about other countries).
* Make your website work without Flash please (it doesn't work on
all linux platforms).
