Is it open source?  If so, then you can try to submit it to the Masters of
the Universe  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/NewPackages

Otherwise, I suggest getting in touch with Canonical about becoming a
Software Partner (info: http://canonical.com/partners )  (contact:
http://forms.canonical.com/dashboard/survey/response.jsp ) to get your
close-source software into the Canonical Partner repository.
