update-db cron job: solving a long-standing issue

real    1m6.354s
user    0m0.247s
sys     0m0.581s

# time /etc/cron.weekly/slocate

real    0m0.548s
user    0m0.110s
sys     0m0.426s

The second run was right after, so i think slocate is allready doing the
'delta' thingy.
