pkg ca-certificates: Request for cert inclusion

How about to include the certificates of the German Research Network
(DFN) which you can find here:

https://info.pca.dfn.de/uni-erlangen-nuernberg-ca/index.html

Its certs are used (amongst others) to verify WLAN AP identity at one
of the biggest German universities, the Friedrich Alexander University
Erlangen Nuremberg with about 26.000 students.
