That's just plain funny[1]. In fact, it reminded me of Lessig's "Free
Culture" presentation. Now that even the code for 'doing nothing' is
licensed, there is almost nothing left to own :)
Hey, maybe that's what MS has patented: being idle / doing nothing. Heh
[1] I'm one of those who prefer to laugh when crying is necessary.
